WE! Experimental Workshops
Paint the inside
Using paints, brushes, pencils, and markers, participants are invited to bring their “inner self” to life on paper, in a creation that later merges with those of the others, giving rise to a collective “inner self.” Throughout the process, and through mindfulness exercises, the youngest participants are guided to recognize emotions and tensions, always accompanied by music, a tool for expression and fluidity.
